Understanding Reports
What the Reports page shows
The Reports page gives you a portfolio-wide view of your vendors, contracts, spend, risk, and team activity, organised into four tabs. All headline figures reflect the current state of your whole portfolio — active vendors, active contracts, live spend, and open risk — regardless of when records were added.
All monetary figures are shown in your organisation's preferred currency. Contracts added in another currency are converted automatically, so totals and averages always roll up in one currency.
When something needs attention — high-risk spend, imminent expiries, sanction screenings awaiting review, overdue contract actions, or heavy spend concentration — an Action required strip appears at the top of the Tasks page for users with task access.
The report tabs
-
Risk & compliance: active vendor and contract counts, operating locations, sanctioned vendors that are currently active, the high-risk vendors with active spend table, and the sanction screening split (pending review vs approved).
-
Spend & value: total active spend, average contract value, and how spend distributes across risk dimensions (exposure, ESG, system access) and geographic regions.
-
Contracts: contract owners and totals, contracts expiring soon, an expiry calendar by risk level, and an owner accountability table (active rate, expiring within 90 days, overdue).
-
Team: active users, activity leaders (top inviter, closer, and uploader), and users with outstanding, unactioned tasks.
What the date range controls
The date range selector offers 7, 30, 60, 90 and 120 days, 6 months, 12 months, and All data. It deliberately does not filter the headline figures — those are always the current state — and instead controls the two time-based views:
-
Contracts tab — expiry calendar: how far ahead the calendar looks (roughly one month per 30 days selected; All data looks a full year ahead).
-
Team tab — activity metrics: how far back activity is counted (All data counts everything). User totals remain current regardless.
Exporting reports
Use the Export report button (top right) to download reports as Excel workbooks:
-
Choose Risk & compliance, Spend & value, Contracts, or Team to download that tab's data — key figures plus the underlying tables, one sheet each.
-
Choose All reports for a single workbook containing every sheet.
The high-risk vendors sheet includes your full high-risk population, not just the top 10 shown on screen, and money columns are labelled with your preferred currency. Exports respect the date range selected at the time of export.
